Before Commissioning meYou must be 18+ to commission me. I will not do business with minors.Please have a clear reference and a good color palette. I can work with descriptions and pictures but a nice reference helps me draw faster.If no reference is available, a thorough description works too.I also have a discord and business email. I can provide it in dms.

PaymentI take commissions through paypal, ko-fi, venmo and cashapp. I do half and half payments unless it’s through ko-fi, in which case it will be upfront.

FeesExtra characters will be +50% of the commission price. There is a max of two characters. Paintings are one character only.

I issue refunds depending on artwork completion.Not started = Full Refund
25% finished = 75% refund
50% finished = 50% refund
75% Finished = 25% refundI don’t give refunds when the work is finished.However, in the event of the following, a full refund will be issued:- I have issues with my equipment which prevent or delay me from drawing- I have issues with my physical / mental health which stop progress- I discover that the client is underage or using a guardian’s account- If the client acts aggressive, rude or disrespectful towards me. I will issue a full refund after giving the client 3 warnings

2. My rights as the artist

As the artist, I reserve to use the artwork for advertising purposes. This includes reposting to my galleries with credit to the client. I maintain ownership of the artwork, though the client is free to repost it with credit.I will never profit from the client’s artwork in the form of merchandise, prints, apparel, NFTs or other goods.

3. Your Rights as the Client

Clients can repost the artwork wherever they want. It can be used in banners, avatars, galleries, videos, etc. as long as I’m credited.Artworks may be used for personal use such as keychains, stickers etc.Artwork should not be used for AI software or NFTs. This includes using AI to finish artwork (i.e. lining, coloring etc). In the event of a client doing so, I reserve the right to blacklist and refund them in full, and warn other artists.

4. Commercial Use

I don’t allow commercial use of my artwork. This includes but is not limited to: merchandise, apparel, prints or NFTs.I also do not allow the use of AI with my artwork, including: making LORAs based on it, feeding my artwork in a machine learning program, or rendering artwork with it.
